Thanks!

I was having major chills yesterday...was shivering non-stop all of a sudden and felt really sick...was quite scared and worried but didnt wanna tell anybody...but it went on for quite some time...so i told Gerald..cos I was talking to him...then i decided to rest early...cos we are going to poland in a few days time and I cant afford to be sick...I got up and I suddenly just somehow blackout and my legs gave way making me fall awkwardly...I was jerked by the pain i felt...and I realised that I had sprained my ankle...I decided to tell Gerald cos I was in so much pain....being concerned he told Juan and Justin to keep a look out for me...And being the nice friends that they were they came over to check me out...and helped me iced my ankle...made me laugh and feel better....

I am really very touched to have friends like these when im so far away from home...it really warms the heart....Juan even helped me do my laundry today! Thanks Juan!!! You are a great friend and I am really grateful...

My ankle is still swelling up...hope it subsides soon...it has too...if not I will not enjoy Warsaw..
