HAPPY 牛 YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sadly I wont be celebrating chinese new year this year..MY FAVOURITE FESTIVAL...it upsets me quite alot...but I guess I have to live with it..

Firstly I wanna say a HUGE thank you to all my friends who showered me with concerns over the past week...you guys made me feel so so much better...THANKS!

Alright..let me tell you guys what I have been up to..

I went to a swedish dinner organized by my school - KTH (pronounced koh-tia-hor in swedish alphabets) student union. I had lots of fun...ha...we had 1 stockholm beer, 1 bottle of red wine, 2 shots [55%]...HUAT ar...haha...and sang many different drinking songs...it was a totally different culture...we had some tortillas wrapped with cheese and stuff for appetizers, chicken and potatoes for main course and something like strawberry shortcake for dessert!! There is a limit to how much I can describe with words...you can go to my facebook pictures to take a look...there are many stupid photographs of me acting drunk and all..haha..sooo...have fun looking at them!!

Then went to Casino Cosmopol to have our CHINESE BUFFET..to celebrate our CNY eve..since it was in the casino...we were not allowed to bring our camera's and stuff in soooo...i'll try real hard to vividly describe the restaurant and all. The casino was actually an old theatre building..Its soooooo nice on the inside...the paintings on the walls and the design is soo classy!! The restaurant was really posh as well..haha..soo happy!! But the food was...erm...so-so...given that we are in an angmo setting...the chinese food they prepared must be based on their perception of chinese food...everything was SALTY...haha....but they had lion dance and dragon dance performances...so it was pretty cool...the place was so festively decorated with CNY stuff...made me feel like flying back to spore immediately...and they gave out '福' keychains...and oranges!!! Anyway...after dinner the guys went to try their luck at the tables..and the girls just watched them...then because of the overdose of MSG in the food...I wanted to get a drink...and Juan and YT followed me...went to the water dispenser but couldnt find a cup...then there was this angmo guy...he asked me what I was looking for then I said that I was looking for a cup to take some water...then he said he could show me where the cups were..he brought us to the bar and ask whether we would like a drink..and we were like shaking our heads vigorously...then he just said let me surprise you... -.- ...haha...but anyway..we saw our drinks being made cleanly and took it from the bartender's hands...the drink was soooooooo NICE!!!! hahahaha....we chatted with the angmo...told him we were exchange students frm Spore and stuff...Basically we finished our drinks and wanted to leave...then he said let me buy you another drink...b4 we could say anything...he bought us another drink...then he said he had to go...So I guess he was just a really friendly guy with too much money to spare...We asked the bartender how much did one drink cost and she told us 164kr...we were STUNNED...haha...so we each sucked out 328kr frm him..WIERD guy..oh well..ha

Then today...we attempted a potluck reunion dinner..turned out ok...we had an overload of eggs though...haha...we had salad, rosti, omelette, 炒面 and kiwi...doesnt sound too good..but its all we have and the best we can do...

While we had the reunion dinner...I kept thinking of my family...of jason and his family...of ALL my friends that are so dear to me....I really miss you guys.........

No long weekend for me....its back to school tomorrow...
